THE WORK
A small sailboat sketched in quick lines and open washes, blue, plum and a flash of orange where the sun hits the water. Half the boat is left to the imagination, the wind fills in the rest. Light air, loose brush, pure movement.
THE INSPIRATION
Sometimes the wind is barely there, a breath, a ripple, a suggestion.
Follow it anyway. Even the lightest air is going somewhere.
